How do I redeem points?

To view/redeem your points please click on the following link: http://www.livetribe.com/members-area/my-rewards. You then go to My Rewards which is found under the 'Explore' tab and choose from the selection of gift vouchers, gift cards or a PayPal deposit. Please ensure that you tick the box on the left of the redemption, then press the redeem button and then press redeem. Note: you require a minimum of 15,650 points to be able to make a redemption. A minimum of 42,000 points is required for the $50 PayPal deposit and 44,000 for the $50 Eftpos card.

    Not allowing me to reward redemption. What should I do with my hardly earned more than 1L points?

    I can't redeem my points; redirect to the login page. ALWAYS ISSUES WITH REWARD REDEMPTION AND PAYMENT. Worst customer service.

    Why does it take so long for a payout to be sent to PayPal? I was so excited to win a competition, but only to cash in for paypal $$ and see the wait could be up to 8 weeks!

    For more than a week I am keep on getting this message when trying to redeem my points - "Redemptions are temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused. We will update this message when redemptions are available again.". When rewards will be available for redemption? I have been waiting for a gift voucher redeemed about 3 months back. No response from customer support. Shall I get my gift voucher?
