I have never been to Tasmania so absolutely no idea.
Just another unique place in Australia. I live in Queensland and we also have glow worms, sparkly seas at times etc. What a wonderful world we live in and yet humans are destroying it.

Beacause its usually so damn cold..... light is needed for some warmth !!!!
No matter how beautiful Tasmania is I could never live there. Having visited twice I cannot bear the cold and on one visit around Easter time I was actually crying at night with the temperature - and I lived in the UK until I was 20! I moved from Melbourne to Queensland because of its winters so no matter how poetic Tasmania may be described, it isn't for me.
