The reason is because the pyramids, both in Egypt and in most of the world are not relevant to Jews. It is also the same reason why the Old Testament doesn’t mention the Grand Canyon or the Great Wall of China: none of the action of the Old Testament takes place at or near the Giza plateau. Because obviously it wasn't focused on that part of the world. So it was the middle east and not other world areas. Not particularly significant to what's in the Bible.
The Hebrews suffered greatly under the rule of Egypt......why bother helping their marketing of Ancient History and Slave Built useless Monoliths!!!!
The Bible is more centured around the stories of those who served God.
Because god isn't real
Because the old testament is just fairytales with no semblance of reality, so they wouldn't have something like the pyramids in it.
