Australia is not short of honey varieties, from manuka to leatherwood and mallee. But researchers are on the hunt to find out what makes our honey, in all of it’s flavours, unique. All that honey is fine honey but what is needed also and many do not know Australia is a beautiful and lovely country with its great variety of plants that are only grown here lots of those plants get assistance from bees and one set of bees is our native bees that will assist plants and does all those imported bees assist all plants do those imported bees kill off native bees that help our native plants is there any study of that been done or do they not care until its too late just like the rabbits and so many other things . Honey is great but how many times do we have to learn what works overseas does not mean it will work here ! Do we have any idea . maybe the native bees honey we have here is better just ideas to think about
