The worse thing to have around you when you’re trying to be motivated are people who aren’t encouraging or supportive of your journey. Remember to surround yourself with positive people who will help you and lift you up! Also, don’t be afraid to ask for help when needed. Remember to reward yourself! Celebrate your victories, whether big or small, they all matter. Whether that’s taking a day to relax, get a massage, or even enjoying a sweet treat! You deserve it.
